To new residents, our lot rents typically range from $535 to $625.
Why isn’t the rent the same for all home sites?
Rent is based on various factors, including the location of the lot.
What other expense will I pay besides rent?
There are no association fees or annual dues. Your utilities will be metered, and you will pay based on usage.
May I have a pet?
Yes. Residents may have small house pets with the pre-approval of the management. Residents must adhere to the pet rules. There is no additional fee to have a pet.
Is there RV Storage?
Yes, we have RV storage lots with a monthly fee (space is limited).
How far to the bus stop?
We have a bus stop on the street right at the front of the community.
How close are the nearest medical facilities?
We have a hospital and a wide range of medical facilities within 2 mile radius from the park.
Is there any shopping or restaurants close by?
There are a few stores and fast-food restaurants within a mile from the community and we have many fine restaurants within a short drive. We are very conveniently located near downtown Bakersfield.
